Hi, I'm Elliott

From Zero to $100M Exit, Powered by AI

Welcome. You're not just looking for a technical leader; you're looking for a partner who can architect a business, scale an intelligent platform from the ground up, and deliver a successful exit.

I'm Elliott Garcea, a Founder and CTO who has lived that journey.

My core expertise is building high-growth technology companies by placing Machine Learning, AI, and recommendation engines at the heart of the product.

About me

I co-founded 10KC (previously Ten Thousand Coffees) and, as CTO, I architected the company's technical and product vision. We didn't just build a SaaS platform; we built a sophisticated recommendation engine that intelligently connected millions of users for mentorship, networking, and career development.

This AI-driven, product-led growth strategy was our key differentiator. I scaled the engineering and data science teams from zero, managed the P&L, and led the company through the due diligence that culminated in a $100 million acquisition.

A Career Built on Data and Scalable Systems

My ability to merge advanced AI with robust engineering comes from a career spent solving complex problems at scale for the world's top tech companies:

  • Toyota: Mastered foundational LEAN principles by working within the Toyota Production System, the origin of the methodology.
  • Apple: My career in data-driven systems began in Cupertino, where I developed data analytics models to optimize iPhone manufacturing quality.
  • VMWare / Pivotal: As a Lead Software Engineer, I built foundational platform tools for VMWare Tanzu, giving me a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture.
  • Xtreme Labs: I led the development of mobile applications for industry giants like Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft, mastering the principles of building for massive, global audiences.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

If your organization is looking for a proven leader to build the next generation of intelligent, data-driven products and scale a company from its first line of code to a successful exit, we should talk.
